Born in 1968, Daniel Karczinski grew up on Lake Constance and worked in qualitative market research and as a journalist for one of Germany’s leading public broadcasting organisations, the Zweites Deutsches Fernsehen(ZDF), before founding the agency Martin et Karczinski together with Peter Martin. He sees his role as providing full strategic and communications support to change processes in companies of all sizes and thus fully unlocking the potential of the brand, the organisation, the senior management and the employees. Within Martin et Karczinski, Daniel Karczinski is responsible for in-depth analysis of content, which forms the fundamental basis for communications models with powerful content, as well as the areas of new business and growth. He spends any free time with his family in Munich, enjoys travelling and is interested in art and photography.
